Different feelings about playing badminton










The first thing I would like to say is that I have been a member of the Badminton Club at the beginning of this term and I have learned a lot from this experience.Because we don't have the clubs like these during my past years so we can't develop our physical parts very well.The first thing I have learned is some skills about playing badminton,such as how to save the badminton,how to catch far ball and so on.The second thing I have learned is the rules of badminton matches,such as where is the limited area for doubles,how can be called'out' and so on.The most important rule that I have learned is that we must keep quiet and can't go into the field when there is having a match even if the player is injured.If we don't do like so,it will be a humiliation to the player.The last thing I have learned is that each of the commune member must follow the club rules.For example,if you don't come to the activity or join in the meeting three times,you will be out of the club.






























From this experience,I also gain more insights about myself during and after this activity.My middle school don't have these clubs so we can't get well exercise chances about sport.I ever feel despairing about my physical education points and I think I don't have any latent ability of it.Through this activity,I have found my body has more power or energy and it is softer than before.I have also found that I don't have the same thought as before and I become more interested in exercising.I want to try to play tennis after the holiday and I would like to keep playing badminton and improve my skills day by day so that I can play with my family at ant time.






























I have learned so much because I have my own different experience.The older students at GCA have taught me some skills and rules about badminton so I learn them conveniently.I play with different people every time and use these things they have taught me.Although I usually fail one or two times even more , I don't discourage and I will learn them finally.This sport has given me too many benefits.For example,I have learned another sports item and my life has more joys.I have also become interested in sport little by little.I have known more about badminton and met more friend at GCA.






























This activity also match my personal fitness goals because I want to learn ball sport as much as possible.My physical lifestyle is to keep exercising in my life.I would like to play other ball sport later so playing badminton is a base for them and I can do better step by step.






























In conclusion,I have found the joys so I want to keep exercising and learn more kinds about them.Maybe I will join more sports clubs this year.There is an old saying in China'Body is the capital of revolution'.So I need to exercise and keep my health so that I will have enough energy to work better.Finally,I must say that I like sport and I am grateful for GCA and the Badminton Club that they give me a chance to develop myself.
